Hot Dog Recipe
Put a suitable pan on the heat, pour enough oil into the pan so the sausage can be submerged in the oil, and add the sausage to the pan. You can make a spiral cut on the sausage, which will expose the flesh of the sausage and help it to cook thoroughly. You can also cook them on the grill to avoid frying.
Once the hot dog is fried, put a few drops of water in the pan and put a lid on to trap steam. With this, the hot dogs become bulky and puffy like street hot dogs.
Open the buns and spread some mustard or mayonnaise or any other type of sauce you like in the buns, and place the fried hot dog sausage onto each bun.
There is nothing else inside the hot dog sandwich except sausage and sauce, but if you like, you can put some chopped tomatoes and pickles, and potato chips inside your sandwich.
You can also top it with a mixture of mushroom and cheese, making it super delicious. For this purpose, cut the mushroom into slices and sauté it with a bit of oil until its liquid evaporates and becomes well cooked.
Then add the mozzarella cheese and mix it with the chopped mushrooms. Sauté them a little until the cheese melts completely. Now spread the mix of mushrooms on the hot dogs, sprinkle some thyme, and they are ready to serve. You can also add the sautéed mushrooms to the sandwich and top it with mozzarella cheese.
