Homemade Beef Nuggets Recipe | Easy and Delicious

They can be kept in the freezer for months, making them an excellent choice for when you are in a hurry; you just need to take them out of the freezer and fry them.

|Minced beef||400 g|
|All-purpose flour||½ cup|
|Bread crumbs||1 cup|
|Sliced cheddar cheese||2|
|Parmesan cheese||½ cup|
|Garlic powder||1 tsp|
|Black pepper||½ tsp|
Beef Nuggets Recipe
Grate the onion and press the grated onion through the strainer to drain the juice out of it. Then add the grated onion and the minced meat into a suitable bowl and mix them a little with your hand until they are uniform.
Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the meat mixture and mix them with your hand until they are combined and uniform. If it is too loose, add a generous pinch of bread crumbs and mix them to firm it up.
If you have enough time, cover the mix with plastic wrap and refrigerate that for 30 minutes to an hour to infuse it with the flavor.
Employ a three-part breading station or three bowls. Add flour, bread crumbs, and egg to each bowl. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk until frothy.
Take a little bit of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hands in a round or oval shape. Then cut the sliced cheddar into smaller pieces and place a piece on top of the flattened meat. Then top that with another layer of flattened meat mixture. Pinch its edges and form the nugget in your hands so that the ingredients stick together.
Now coat the prepared nugget first into the flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs until it is completely covered. Repeat this process to ready all the nuggets.
Take a deep pan and add some frying oil to it. Then turn on the heat and bring the oil to 175 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the nuggets to the oil and deep-fry them until golden brown.
Once it gets crispy on both sides, put them on a paper towel to dab off the excess oil. Finally, place them on a serving platter and serve them with lettuce, tomato, and pickled cucumber. Enjoy your meal!
