Noodle Omelette Recipe
Dice the onion finely, and sauté it with some oil in a suitable pan until it turns golden. Then add some turmeric and black pepper to the onions and sauté until it releases its aroma and color.
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Add the chopped bell pepper to the pan and sauté it with the onion until it becomes soft.
If you want to prepare your omelet with mushrooms, cut the mushrooms into slices and add them to the pan as the bell pepper gets soft. To prevent the mushroom from turning black, add a tablespoon of lemon juice to it while cooking.
Next, peel the tomatoes and finely chop them. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, and salt to the pan. Let the excess water in the pan evaporate.
In the meantime, add the noodles to a suitable pot filled with hot water and let them boil for 5 minutes until they become completely soft. Then rinse the noodles, add them to the pan, and sauté them with other ingredients for a couple of minutes.
Now crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk them well until frothy. Then add them with thyme and your desired seasoning to the pan and let it cook.
Then top it with mozzarella cheese, put the lid on the pan, and let the cheese melts. If you want the cheese to be golden, it is better to put the omelette in the oven for a few minutes and turn on the grill.
