|Minced meat||200 g|
|Tomato paste||1 tbsp|
|Béchamel sauce||1 cup|
|Mozzarella cheese||200 g|

Pasta Gratin Recipe
Dice the onion into small pieces and sauté it with some oil in a suitable pan until it becomes translucent. Then add the minced meat to the pan and sauté it a little until it changes color.
Next, chop the carrot into small pieces, add it to the pan, and sauté the carrot for a few minutes. Then add salt, black pepper, and turmeric and stir until mixed with the other ingredients.
Now chop mushrooms and bell peppers into pieces or slices and add them to the pan. Let them cook thoroughly.
After the excess liquid of the mushroom has evaporated and the bell pepper has softened, add the tomato paste and sauté a little until it cooks and gets darker.
Next, add a cup of hot water to the pan, put the lid on, and let the minced meat and vegetables cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, put a pot filled with water on heat and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil to it. Then add pasta to the pot and let it cook for about 10 minutes to al-dente. Be careful to stir them continuously to prevent them from sticking to each other. Then rinse them with cold water.
Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Grease the bottom and walls of a heat-proof container and transfer the pasta to it. Spread the pasta evenly on the container, then pour and spread the béchamel sauce on the pasta.
Now spread the mixture of minced meat and vegetables on the béchamel sauce, and after smoothing the surface of the meat sauce, cover the ingredients with grated mozzarella cheese.
Put the container in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes. After that, you can grill the pizzas for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly. In the end, take the pasta gratin out of the oven and after it cools down a bit, cut it and serve it with your favorite sauce. We hope you try this and enjoy it.
You can also prepare the béchamel sauce in your kitchen. For this purpose, put a pan on medium heat and melt two tablespoons of butter. Once the butter melts, add two tablespoons of flour and stir to make the flour a little bit cooked for about two to three minutes. Then pour one cup of milk and whisk the ingredients regularly to stir out the clumps. Then turn the heat to low and let it thicken to reach porridge consistency.
