Ingredients for two people
Chicken breast400 g

Turmeric½ tsp

Chicken Burger Recipe

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into medium size chunks and grind them with a grinder. Transfer the ground chicken meat to a bowl.

Step 2

Grate the onions and garlic with a finer grater, squeeze the juice out, and add them to the ground chicken meat.

Step 3

Add egg, bread crumbs, salt, ground black pepper, turmeric, and paprika to the bowl and mix the ingredients with your hands for 10 minutes until they are thoroughly combined. If you have enough time, cover the bowl with a plastic film and let it sit in the refrigerator for two hours.

Step 4

To mold the burgers, you can either use a burger patty maker or a small round container. For this purpose, cover the container with a plastic film and add half of the meat mixture. Then gently press the mixture with your hand to flatten the burger. It should have about one-centimeter thickness.

Step 5

In the same way, mold another burger and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes until they become solid.

Step 6

Then put a suitable pan on the heat and pour a little oil into it. After the oil is well heated, place the burgers in the pan and cook them for about 5 minutes. Then slide a spatula under the burgers and flip them to cook the other side.

Step 7

When the chicken burgers are about to get done, you can place the sliced cheese on them. You can also toast the surface of bun halves cut-side until it is golden brown on the surface.

Step 8

Finally, place the burgers on a bun and finish it with your favorite topping, like lettuce, pickles, and sliced tomatoes. There, you have it; the perfect chicken burger. We hope you try this and enjoy your meal!
