Easy Spanish Omelette Recipe with Vegetables

|Chicken salami||100 g|
|Mozzarella cheese||150 g|
|Salt||1 ½ tsp|

Spanish Omelette Recipe
Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Peel and dice it into one-inch pieces and fry them in a pan covered with oil until they are crispy, golden, and tender.
Peel and wash the onion and dice it finely. Then add it to the pan and sauté it until transparent. Then drain the excess oil and set them aside.
The main ingredients of this omelette are potato and onion, but if you want to elevate it to another level, follow this instruction. Chop the bell pepper and sauté it with a bit of oil until it becomes soft.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, add them to the pan, and sauté them for a few minutes until the excess water evaporates. Then set them aside to cool down.
Now beat the eggs in a bowl and season it with a generous pinch of salt and black pepper. Then add the potatoes, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and grated mozzarella cheese to the beaten eggs.
Dice the tomatoes and chicken salami into small pieces and add them to the eggs. Then mix them with a whisk to get incorporated.
Heat two to three tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Pour the omelette mixture into the pan and let it cook until the edges get browning, then turn it over to cook the other side. You can also bake them in a 180 Celsius (or 350 Fahrenheit) oven for 30 minutes. Your Spanish omelette is ready now. Flip it onto a plate and garnish with parsley. Serve this with salad and your desired sauce, and enjoy.
