Simple Turnip Soup Recipe | Easy and Delicious

|Coriander and parsley||50 g|
|Garlic powder||1 tsp|
|Paprika powder||1 tsp|
|Chicken extract||1 tbsp|
|Black pepper||To taste|
Turnip Soup Recipe
Firstly, chop the onion, potato, and carrot into small pieces. Put a pot on heat and add butter. Once the butter melts, add the chopped vegetables and sauté them a little until they become soft.
Then add garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper to the pot and sauté the ingredients for another minute.
Meanwhile, wash the herbs and chop them finely. Transfer them to the pot and sauté them for a couple of minutes.
Then, pour four cups of hot water into the pot. Add the chicken extract and salt and mix until it dissolves in the water. Now put the lid on the pot and let the ingredients simmer for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, chop the turnip into small pieces and add them to the pot. Put the lid on and let it cook to thicken. You can taste the seasoning to adjust if necessary. You can add two tablespoons of lemon juice to this soup at this step.
Serve the soup when it reaches your desired consistency. You can also put it in a blender or food processor, process it until it forms a puree, and then serve. You can stir in three to four tablespoons of light cream to serve this delicious soup at your parties. We hope you like this soup and give it a try.
