Kookoo Sibzamini Recipe
Kookoo Sibzamini is one of the simple Iranian foods. This dish combines potatoes, eggs, onions, and fragrant vegetables.

Medium potatoes | 4 |

Turmeric | 1 tsp |
Black pepper | ½ tsp |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Vegetable oil | 4 tbsp |
Kookoo Sibzamini Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot. Add three glasses of water with one teaspoon of salt and put the pot on heat.
Step 2
After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the pot and wash with cold water to cool. Peel the potatoes thoroughly.
Step 3
Grate the potatoes and pour them into a large bowl. Peel the garlic and onion, then grate them.
Step 4
Add black pepper, turmeric, dried parsley, salt, garlic, and onion to the bowl.
Step 5
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, mix until smooth, and add to the bowl. Now blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Step 6
Put a pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Take the size of a large walnut and shape it into a ball.
Step 7
Press it lightly with the palm of your hand to reduce its diameter, then put it in hot oil to fry it.
Step 8
After 4 to 6 minutes, turn the Kookoos over and fry the other side for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, serve this food with bread.
