Ingredients for two people
Chicken breast250 g

Sliced Gouda cheese2 (about 50g)
Hot sauce1 tsp
Lemon juice1 tsp
Olive oil2 tbsp
Mustard1 tsp
Salt1 tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper½ tsp (or to taste)
Turmeric1 tsp (or to taste)
Thyme½ tsp (or to taste)
Paprika½ tsp (or to taste)
Chili powder½ tsp (or to taste)
Garlic powder1 tsp (or to taste)

Bandari Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Step 1

Wash and take the chicken breast skin off. Cut them into thin strips and put them in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add lemon juice, olive oil, mustard sauce, black pepper, red pepper, salt, and paprika to the chicken and mix them well with your hand until the chicken is coated with the marinade.

Step 3

It is recommended to cover the bowl with plastic film and refrigerate that for an hour to marinate the chicken. Then take them out of the fridge.

Step 4

Now put a suitable pan on the heat, add the chicken meat with the marinade ingredients to the pan and fry it well until the chicken meat is fully flavored.

Step 5

Peel and cut the onion into relatively thick slices. Then put a pan on the heat and add some oil. Once the oil is hot enough, add the sliced onion and sauté them to caramelize gently.

Step 6

Then, add the onion, hot sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, turmeric, thyme, and black pepper to the chicken pan. Sauté them for about 5 minutes.

Step 7

Wash and peel the tomato and chop them finely. Remove seeds and membranes from the bell peppers and cut them into thin slices. Slice the mushrooms and add them with bell pepper and tomato to the pan and sauté them for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Step 8

Put the lid on the pan and let the Bandari chicken ingredients cook for about 10 minutes. Now you can put some Gouda cheese on your Bandari chicken to melt if you like it cheesy.

Step 9

Finally, make a sandwich by putting Bandari chicken ingredients and pickled cucumber, tomato, and lettuce in a baguette with desired sauce. You can pair them with French fries and serve them with pesto sauce and almonds. Enjoy your meal!
