Chicken and Mushroom Recipe
Step 1
Wash and take the chicken breast skin off and pat them dry. You can cut the chicken breast in halves to form smaller cutlets or cook the whole breast.
Step 2
Add flour, salt, and black pepper to a suitable bowl. Then sit the chicken in the flour and coat the chicken breast with the flour.

Put a suitable pan on medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter to the pan. Once the butter melts, add the chicken breasts to the pan and sauté them on both sides on low heat.

Take the chicken breasts out of the pan and set them aside once they are cooked and golden.

Add the remaining oil and butter to the pan and let them get hot. In the meantime, slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan once the oil is hot. Increase the heat and sauté them until their liquid evaporates and becomes well cooked.

Peel and grate the garlic cloves and add them to the pan. Sauté them for a minute. Be careful not to overcook them since garlic will burn quickly.

Add thyme, paprika, onion powder, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Mix them well and bring them to a boil. Then lower the heat.

Add salt, black pepper, and cream to the pan, and mix them well until the sauce ingredients are uniform. Then add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and cook until the chicken meat absorbs the sauce.
