|Green beans||500 g|
|Black pepper||1 tsp|
|Vegetable oil||6 tbsp|
Kookoo Loobia Sabz Instructions
Wash the green beans and cut them into 2 cm pieces, then pour a glass of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
After the water boils, add the green beans and let the green beans cook, and the water evaporates in the pot.
When the water in the pot runs out, take the green beans and set them aside. Peel a potato, grate it and chop it into 1 cm cubes.
Wash the potatoes and dry them with a clean cloth. Put a pan on the heat and add two tablespoons of oil, then let the oil heat up.
Add the potatoes and fry completely, then take from the pan and set aside to cool. Finely chop the onion, add it to the pan with one tablespoon of oil, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Put the onion, potato, and green beans in a large bowl, then add the eggs, salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
Combine all ingredients until smooth, then place a pan over medium heat, add the remaining oil, and wait for it to heat up.
Put the lid on the pan and let the Kookoo cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the top of the pan and turn the Kookoo over to cook on the other side for 15 minutes. Serve Kookoo with bread.

To prepare this dish with chicken, pour a boneless chicken breast into a pot with an onion, 2 cups of water, a little turmeric, and salt, then put it on the heat to cook for 45 minutes. After this time, finely chop the chicken meat and let it cool, then add it to the other ingredients.
