Kookoo Morgh Recipe
Kookoo Morgh is one of the simple and delicious Iranian dishes. This dish combines chicken, eggs, garlic, onions, parsley, and potatoes.
Ingredients for four people | |

Kookoo Morgh Instructions
Step 1
Put the potatoes with two glasses of water in a saucepan and put on medium heat to cook the potatoes for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the chicken breast with turmeric, one teaspoon of salt, and two glasses of water into a saucepan and put on medium heat to cook the chicken breast for 40 minutes.
Step 3
After 40 minutes, peel the potatoes and remove the chicken breast bones. Finely chop the potatoes and chicken breast and pour them into a large bowl.
Step 4
Peel and Grate the garlic cloves and onion, then add black pepper, dried parsley, and salt to the bowl. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
Step 5
Put a pan on the heat and add the vegetable oil, then let the oil heat up. Take the size of a walnut from the material and shape it into a round shape.
Step 6
Now press it a little with the palm of your hand to reduce its diameter, then add it to the pan and fry it for 5 to 7 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Step 7
After frying one side of the Kookoo, turn it over and fry the other side for 5 minutes. Fry all the Kookoos in the same way, then serve with bread.
