Ingredients
  

  • 300 g lamb meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup fried parsley
  • ½ cup dried mint
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 20 green plums
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating oil in a pot. Peel and chop the onion and toss them into the pot. Let it cook until they become soft and translucent.
  • Afterward, add in your meat with those onions and cook them over low heat until the color of the meat changes.
  • Up next is seasoning time - simply add salt along with black pepper, turmeric, and the cinnamon stick, to taste and mix them well
  • Follow this up by adding dried mint right into the mixture while continuing to sauté them alongside your meat for an added layer of flavor depth until the mint changes color slightly.
  • Add fried parsley into this blend and continue to sauté all the ingredients together for a little longer.
  • Finally, pour in the boiling water and let it cook over low heat for three to four hours.
  • You should add green plums in the last ten minutes of cooking time.
