Chicken Sandwich Instructions
Step 1
First, pour the chicken breast with two glasses of water, half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of turmeric, and one teaspoon of salt into a saucepan.
Step 2
Put the pot on the heat and let the chicken cook for an hour. After cooking the chicken breast, chop it finely.
Step 3
Peel onion and chop it finely. Put a pan on the heat and add the olive oil, then add the onion.
Step 4
Saute the onion for 5 minutes, chop the mushrooms into slices and add and Saute for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the chicken with salt, black pepper, and turmeric, and Saute for 10 minutes. Add the tomato paste and Saute for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Take the pan from the heat. To make the sauce, grate the garlic and Pickled cucumber and pour them into a bowl with the low-fat mayonnaise.
Step 7
Finely chop the parsley and chives and add to the bowl, then mix the ingredients well until smooth.
Step 8
Divide the ingredients into four parts and pour them into the baguette bread, then pour some sauce and sliced tomatoes into the bread and serve.
