Mushroom Omelet Recipe | Easy and Delicious Homemade

Mushroom Omelet Instructions
Peel and finely chop the onion, heat a pan and add a spoonful of olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper into strips, add to the pan, and then sauté for 5 minutes. Chop the mushrooms into slices and add them.
sauté the mushrooms for 7 to 10 minutes until their water evaporates completely. Take the ingredients from the pan and set them aside.
Put the eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, turmeric powder, and thyme powder, and mix with a fork until the egg is smooth.

Turn the egg over and cook the other side for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the combination of onion, bell pepper, and mushroom on one side of the egg and put Sliced gouda cheese on them.
Turn the cooked egg over the ingredients and wait for 2 to 3 minutes until the Gouda cheese melts. Pour the omelet into the dish you want.
