Persian Pizza Samosa Recipe | Easy and Delicious

|Canned corn||4 tbsp|
|Ground Black pepper||1 tsp|
|Ground red pepper||1 tsp|
|Ground Turmeric||1 tsp|

Pizza Samosa Recipe
Scrub potatoes well and remove any eyes and peel them. Place the potatoes in a pot filled with water and a pinch of salt and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
Peel and coarsely chop the onion, put a pan on the heat and add two tablespoons of oil. Then sauté the onions in oil over medium heat.
Chop the bell pepper into slices and add to the pan.
After bell peppers become cooked and softened, slice the mushrooms, add them to the pan, and sauté until their liquid evaporates and becomes well cooked.
Now it’s time to add our flavor and spices, including salt, black pepper, red pepper, thyme, and turmeric. Stir well on medium heat for a minute.
Chop the potatoes and add them to the pan. Stir it a bit.
Chop the sausage into small pieces and add them to the pan along with the chopped parsley and corn. Mix the ingredients well. You can mash the potatoes while cooking. After a couple of minutes of stirring, turn off the heat.
Pile the ingredients on Samosa Sheets and layer and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Fold the sheets two or three times, depending on the sheet, in a triangular manner.
Heat oil in low heat. When oil starts to heat, add your samosa. You should stir it for two to three minutes. Sauté for 10 to 12 minutes and stir every couple of minutes to become crispy on both sides. When it becomes crunchy, your pizza samosa is ready. Make some samosa like this and enjoy it with your family and friends.
