- 500 g beef or Lamb
- 2 Onion
- 100 g Parsley
- 8 Samosa Sheets or filo pastry
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- Cut the meat into 5 centimeters chunks and grind them with a grinder. Then put the minced meat in the grinder again and grind it twice.
- Wash parsley a couple of times until it is clean from dust. Then put them in a colander to drain the excess water. Now transfer them to a tray and chop them finely.
- Peel and coarsely chop the onion, put a pan on heat and add two tablespoons of oil. Then sauté the onions in oil over medium heat until they get translucent.
- Add the minced beef to the pan, then sauté for 15 minutes until the color of the meat changes.
- Add chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the meat, and sauté them until the aroma of the spices is released.
