- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
First, peel the potato and cut it into slices or small pieces. Then make some surface patterns on the potatoes with the help of a knife.
Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit degree. Then brush the olive oil on the potatoes with a sprinkle of salt. Then place the potato slices in the oven and let them bake for 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
Wash and coarsely chop tomato. Then remove the sausage cover and cut it into small pieces.
Wash and deseed the bell peppers. Then chop them coarsely.
After 15 minutes, take out the cooked potatoes. Choose a bowl, add olive oil, turmeric, salt, and black pepper, and mix them well until they are combined and uniform. Then brush them on the potatoes.
Place a layer of shredded mozzarella on each slice. Then top each potato with chopped tomatoes, sausage chunks, bell peppers, rinsed canned corn, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. You can garnish it with some chopped parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After that, you can grill the pizzas until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Put them in the dish you want and serve with your favorite sauce and a cold beverage, if you like. Pick up a piece and enjoy!

I prefer to use chicken. I’m sure if you add some mushrooms to this mixture, it will be great.
