Potato pizza recipe
- 4 Medium potato
- 1 Medium bell pepper (optional)
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Canned corn
- 2 Sausage or 400 g baked chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- First, peel the potato and cut it into slices or small pieces. Then make some surface patterns on the potatoes with the help of a knife.
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit degree. Then brush the olive oil on the potatoes with a sprinkle of salt. Then place the potato slices in the oven and let them bake for 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
