Shrimp Pasta Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit degree.
Peel and wash the onion and garlic and cut them into four slices.
Wash and carefully remove seeds and membranes from the bell peppers. Then cut them into four slices.
Place the sliced bell peppers, garlic, and onions on a baking tray, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle salt and ground black pepper over them.
Place the tray in the preheated oven and roast the ingredients.
Toss roasted ingredients in a food processor and blitz them until they blend well and are uniform.
Put a pan on the heat and add the puree. Then add cream and bring it to a light simmer and cook for two minutes.
Now add parmesan cheese and stir until it melts and you get a smooth sauce. Then turn off the heat.
Put another pan on the heat and add butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Once the butter is melted and hot, add the shrimps and sauté for two minutes per side and cook through.
Meanwhile, fill half of a suitable pot with water and bring it to a boil. When the water is at a boil, add a pinch of salt. Then add the pasta. Make sure to stir and move the pasta around to prevent it from sticking. Let it cock for 10 minutes.
Once the pasta is al dente, put them in a colander to drain the excess water. Be sure not to rinse it.
Add the cooked pasta and sautéed shrimp to the sauce and stir until the pasta and shrimp are coated with the sauce. Plate this nice smelling pasta and garnish it with fresh parsley to add beautiful color and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to infuse it with amazing flavor. Enjoy your meal!
