Tomato Stew Recipe
Step 1
Peel and dice the tomatoes. It will leak some liquid but do not take them off. Then puree the tomatoes in a food processor.
Step 2
Peel the garlic cloves and grate them finely. Put a pan on the heat and add two tablespoons of oil. Then sauté the grated garlic and turmeric in oil over medium heat until its aroma is released.
Step 3
Crack the egg into a large mixing bowl. Then beat them together until they get frothy.
Step 4
Add the beaten eggs to the garlic, stir them a little bit and let them cook. You want a puffy mixture.
Step 5
Put another pan on the heat and coat it with oil. Then pour the pureed tomato and bring it to a simmer. Let the tomato juice evaporates. Then add salt and ground black pepper and sauté for a while.
Step 6
Now add the eggs to the tomatoes and let them cook uncovered for 10 minutes. That is it! Plate this delicious stew in a suitable dish and serve with olive, Torshi, and rice or bread. Enjoy your meal!
