Healthy Chicken Frittata Recipe | Easy and Delicious

Frittata is prepared with egg and enriched with chicken, meat, or fish. The additional ingredients are cooked and ready in advance and then combined with the egg. This dish can be served both cold and warm.

Chicken Frittata Recipe
- 1 Chicken breast
- 2 Potato
- 3 Tomato
- 3 Egg
- 100 g Pizza cheese
- 1 Large onion
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
- Wash and clean the chicken breast. Place it in a pot filled with 2 cups of water, add salt, black pepper, and turmeric, and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the chicken breast to cook through.
- Then remove the skin and any fat. Next, shred the chicken by pulling it apart into small bite pieces or chopping it finely. It works best if the chicken is warm. Then set them aside.
- Now wash and scrub the potatoes to remove any eyes. Then peel them and chop them into small cubic chunks. Now put a pan on the heat and sauté the chopped potatoes until well-fried. Then set them aside.
- At this stage, peel and chop the onion finely and sauté it with a bit of oil in a suitable pan until it becomes translucent.
- Then cut the tomatoes into fine pieces and add them to the pan. Sauté them until their liquid evaporates and becomes well cooked.
- Now add fried potatoes, chicken meat, salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the tomatoes and sauté them well until the ingredients are uniform. Then spread the ingredients on the pan evenly with the back of your spoon or spatula.
- Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork until thoroughly combined. Then pour the egg into the pan and swirl the pan to distribute the egg evenly. Put the lid on and let the egg form slightly.
- Then add the pizza cheese and let it melt completely. You can put chopped parsley and sliced cherry tomatoes on the pizza cheese to make your frittata look more beautiful.
- As you put the pizza cheese and other ingredients on the frittata, you should put the lid on the pan again and give it enough time to cook thoroughly.
- You can also bake them in the oven. Put the chicken frittata container in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake it for about 20 minutes until the egg is formed.
- After 20 minutes, take it out of the oven, top it with pizza cheese, and put the container back in the oven. Grill it for 10 minutes until the cheese melts, and the frittata is golden. In the end, cut the frittata into small pieces and serve it with the desired sauce.
If you have enough time, you can flavour the chicken with lemon juice, onion, rosemary and other ingredients before cooking. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour to marinate.
