Carrot Soup Recipe | Delicious Persian Soup Havij
Carrot soup is one of the simple and hearty international soups you can make with various recipes and ingredients. This soup combines carrots, potatoes, fresh vegetables, and onions.

|Fresh chives||100 g|
|fresh parsley||50 g|
|Thyme powder||½ tsp|
|ginger powder||½ tsp|
|Turmeric powder||1 tsp|
|Black pepper powder||½ tsp|
Carrot Soup Instructions
Peel the onion, carrots, and potatoes, then cut them into small pieces. Put a pot on the heat and add 4 cups of water.
Add onions, carrots, and chopped potatoes to the pot and cover the pot. Increase the heat until the water starts to boil.
After the water boils, reduce the heat and let the ingredients cook for 45 minutes. After this time, puree potatoes, carrots, and onions using a blender.
Finely chop parsley and chives and add them with thyme powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Allow the soup to thicken a little and the vegetables to cook for another 20 minutes, then pour it into the dish of your choice and serve with bread.
