Pesto pasta is one of the main dishes of Italy, which has a unique and lovely taste. Pesto pasta is so easy to make, and you treat each ingredient with a bit of care before ultimately tossing them together. Today we will show you how to make a classic pesto pasta just like an Italian.

|Chopped walnuts||4 tbsp|
|Breakfast cream||3 tbsp|
|Parmesan cheese||4 tbsp|
|Olive oil||4 tbsp|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 tbsp|
|Ground black pepper||1 tsp|
Pesto Pasta Recipe
Fill half of a suitable pot with water and bring it to a boil. When the water is at a boil, add a pinch of salt. Then add the pasta. Make sure to stir and move the pasta around to prevent it from sticking. Let it cock for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, put them in a colander to drain the excess water.
Wash the chicken meat, then take the chicken skin off and chop them in a cubic manner in bite-size.
Peel and grate one clove of the garlic cloves, put a pan on the heat and add the butter. Then sauté the garlic in oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken meat to the pan. When the chopped chicken changes its color, add thyme, half a teaspoon of black pepper, turmeric, and a teaspoon of salt to the chicken, then sauté until the aroma of the spices is released.
Chop the mushrooms, add them to the pan, and sauté until their liquid evaporates and becomes well cooked. Then turn off the heat and let it sit aside.
To prepare the basil pesto, add one clove of garlic, walnuts, and cashew to a blender. You can use pine nuts instead of cashew. Place the lid and blitz them for 20 seconds to combine the ingredients.
Now add fresh basil leaves to the blender. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, half a spoon of black pepper, and a spoon of salt to the blender and blitz until all of the ingredients are well blended and there are no big chunks of basil.
Pour the milk and Breakfast cream into a pot and stir them on gentle heat until they are well combined. Then, add the pasta to the milk mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated with the milk.
After two minutes, add the chicken mixture to the milk and mix them well together. Then pour the pesto sauce into the pot and put them on low heat for 5 minutes. Finally, add the pasta to a serving bowl. You can grate some parmesan cheese and garnish it with fresh basil leaves. We highly recommend this easy, healthy, and delicious dish. Enjoy!
