Corn Cutlet Recipe
Step 1
Wash the spring onions a couple of times to clean them from dust. Then dice them and add them to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add flour, mozzarella cheese, egg, drained corn, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Pour the milk and mix the ingredients to get incorporated. You can use corn cob instead of canned corn. To this end, steam or parboil the corn cob until the kernels are cooked well, then remove the kernels with a sharp knife and add it to the ingredients.
Step 3
Put a suitable pan on the heat and cover its bottom with some oil. Once the oil is hot, pour about a one-fourth cup of the corn mixture using a small ladle or scoop onto the pan. You should set a few centimeters of space between the cutlets.
Step 4
Wait until it gets a slight browning on the edges. Then turn it over and let it cook until lightly browned. Finally, place them on a paper towel to dab off the excess oil, and they are ready to serve. Prepare corn cutlets like this and serve them with herbs and ketchup. They also go well in a sandwich or burger. Enjoy your meal!
