Grilled Shrimp Recipe
Step 1
Cut a shallow incision from the top of the shrimp to the tail with a knife and separate the shell. Then lift the vein in the shrimp out and discard them. Finally, wash and rinse the shrimp, pat them dry, and place them in a bowl.

Pour the olive oil into the bowl and massage the shrimp until they are coated with the oil.

Chop the parsley and garlic cloves finely. Then add lemon juice, chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix the ingredients with your hands.

Now cover the bowl with plastic film and let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to infuse the shrimp with the flavor.

You can grill this kebab on the barbeque or heat them on charcoal. If you like to grill them on charcoal heat, you need to skewer the shrimp.

Fire up the coals of your grill, place shrimps parallel to each other directly on the heat, and grill them for two to three minutes per side.
