Red cabbage | 250 g |
Canned corn | 1 cup |
Canned peas | 1 cup |
Medium carrots | 1 |
chicken lunch meat | 200 g |
Pickled cucumbers | 100 g |
mayonnaise sauce | 2 tbsp |
salt | 1 tsp |
black pepper | 1 tsp |
Indonesian Salad Instructions
Step 1
Cut the white and red cabbage into thin slices. Cut the Pickled cucumbers into thin pieces like cabbage.
Step 2
Cut the chicken lunch meat into thin slices and add it to the bowl with Pickled cucumbers.
Step 3
Pour the canned peas and corn into a colander to drain, then add to the bowl.
Step 4
To make the salad dressing, combine the salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise, then add to the bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Peel and grate Carrot, and add it to the salad. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour until the salad is ready.
