Baked beans are one of the delicious international dishes that you can cook with various recipes. This dish combines pinto beans, potatoes, mushrooms, tomato paste, garlic, and onions.

Baked Beans Recipe
Step 1
Wash the pinto beans and pour them into a water bowl, then leave it aside for 6 hours to soak. After this time, wash the pinto beans and pour them into a colander to drain the water.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion, put a pot on the heat and add vegetable oil. Add onion and sauté for 3 minutes.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely, then add them to the pot along with turmeric and tomato paste and sauté for another 4 minutes.

Add the pinto beans to the pot and sauté for another minute, then add 6 cups of water. Increase the heat to boil the water faster.

After the water boils, lower the heat and let the pinto beans cook for an hour. Peel the potato and cut it into one-centimeter cubes.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. After an hour, add mushrooms, potatoes, salt, and black pepper and let it cook for another 45 minutes.

After this time, add paprika powder and lemon juice. After 15 minutes, pour the food into the desired dish and serve with bread.
