Baguette Pizza Recipe
Wash the chicken meat. Place them in a pot filled with water and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the chicken breast uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
After it becomes cooked and softened, remove the skin and any fat. Then shred your chicken with your hand by pulling it apart into small bite pieces. You can use two forks to keep your hands clean. It works best if the chicken is warm.
Slice the mushrooms, put a pan on the heat, and add two tablespoons of oil. Then add the sliced mushrooms and lemon juice to the oil and sauté over medium until their liquid evaporates and becomes well cooked.
Wash and carefully remove seeds and membranes from the bell peppers. Then coarsely chop them.
Cut down the middle of the baguette to create two halves. Then flatten the baguette with the help of a rolling pin. The flattening part is optional.
Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit degree.
Place the baguettes on a baking tray and spread a layer of ketchup sauce on each slice. Then top each baguette with shredded mozzarella cheese, chicken, and sliced mushrooms.
Top each baguette with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, chopped bell pepper, thyme, and ground black pepper.
