French Omelette Recipe

Step 1

Chop the bell pepper and sauté it with a bit of oil in a suitable pan until it becomes completely soft.

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into slices and add them to the pan. Sauté until the excess water of the mushrooms evaporates.

Step 3

Cut the sausages into slices, add them to the pan containing bell pepper and mushrooms, and sauté them to get cooked.

Step 4

Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a whisk or a fork until the last traces of white are mixed in. Add salt and ground black pepper to the eggs and mix them well.

Step 5

Now pour some oil into a large pan and let it gets hot. If you don’t have a large pan, you can make the omelette in two or more parts. Then pour the egg into the pan and swirl the pan so that the egg is evenly distributed. Let the egg form slightly.

Step 6

Place the ham on half of the egg and top it with the mixture of sausage, bell pepper, and mushroom. Finally, Place the sliced cheeses on the ingredients and sprinkle a little thyme.

Step 7

Turn the other half of the egg over the ingredients to fold them and put the lid on the pan for a few minutes until the omelette cheese melts well. Your French omelette is ready now. Garnish it with parsley leaves and serve with the desired sauce. Bon Appetit!
