Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Step 1

Scrub potatoes well, remove any eyes, and peel their skin off. Chop them into your desired size. In order to have a more beautiful roasted potato, we recommend you cut them into large chunks.

Place the potato chunks in a pot filled with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes for 10 minutes or until they are half-cooked.
